My Story

My background in biopharmaceutical process development, GMP manufacturing and clinical program management spans over 30 years. From my first role as a PD research associate at Genentech, I was instantly 'hooked' on the exciting promise of biotechnology to improve the human condition. I have been fortunate to have worked at amazing companies, first managing clinical and commercial production plants, then on to site and organizational leadership roles. I developed my strong appreciation for the impact of solid project management at Amgen Rhode Island during the design, construction, startup and approval of the BioNext production facility. I have incorporated the principles and practices of project management in all my roles since. I pivoted into the world of rare diseases and working in small and mid-size companies, where I learned to effectively manage CMC work in a fully outsourced business model, which led to my tenure at Seattle Genetics (Seagen, now Pfizer) where I led the ADCETRIS and TUKYSA CMC teams, the later through the final stages of marketing approvals. My last FTE role was at Rezolute where I initially stood up the CMC team moving ersodetug (RZ358) from mid-size to pre-BLA pivotal trials, then as SVP of program management to lead the clinical product development team for the program.
